Take Exit 222 in Staunton and follow Route 250 West to McDowell in Highland County
Take Exit 220 on Route 254, merge into Route 42, then Route 39 into Warm Springs
Take Exit 191 and follow I-64 West to Clifton Forge in Alleghany County
Take Exit 150 near Roanoke and follow Route 220 North to Clifton Forge in Alleghany County
Take Exit 141 in Salem and follow Route 311 North to New Castle in Craig County
From West Virginia:
Take I-64 East into Covington in Alleghany County
From Lewisburg or White Sulphur Springs, take Route 60 (Midland Trail) East to Covington in Alleghany County
From Marlinton, take Route 39 East to Warm Springs in Bath County
From Elkins, take Route 250 East to Monterey in Highland County
